Client Platform Terms
A structural summary of the terms that apply to brands built, hosted, and managed on the platform. The binding agreement is the separate written client agreement.

Ownership
The client owns its legal entity, its brand, its domain, its customer relationships, and its content. The company owns and licenses the underlying platform technology, templates, and systems used to deliver the service.
What the company manages
Build, hosting, maintenance, updates, monitoring, and the compliance controls applied across the platform. Management does not transfer ownership of the client's business.
Client responsibilities
Operating the business lawfully, providing accurate information, maintaining required licenses and registrations applicable to the client's own activities, honoring published customer terms, and complying with platform advertising standards.
The client may not use the platform to practice medicine, prescribe, dispense, or provide medical advice.
Compliance standards and enforcement
Participation is conditioned on compliance with platform standards. The company may require remediation, restrict a module, suspend a brand, or terminate an engagement where standards are not met.
Third-party services
Payment processing, fulfillment, insurance, clinical services, and pharmacy services are provided by third parties under their own agreements, underwriting, and eligibility rules.
Fees, term, and termination
Fees, term length, renewal, suspension, termination, and transition-out procedures are defined in the written client agreement and confirmed in a written proposal before work begins.
