Refund & Cancellation Policy
Cancellation and refund terms should be easy to find and easy to understand. This page describes how those terms are structured.

Refund and cancellation language must match the actual billing system behavior, the written client agreement, and applicable negative-option and auto-renewal requirements.
Setup services
Setup services are performed work. The extent to which setup fees are refundable, and at what stage of the build, must be confirmed against the written client agreement before publication.
Recurring management fees
Recurring fees are billed on the cycle stated in the written proposal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the then-current billing period unless the agreement states otherwise.
Billing amount, frequency, and the cancellation method are disclosed before purchase and confirmed in the order confirmation.
How to cancel
Cancellation requests may be submitted to Support@FitStackIQ.com. The production cancellation mechanism must match what the billing system actually supports, including any self-service cancellation path.
Third-party charges
State filing fees, registered agent fees, payment processing fees, product and shipping costs, insurance premiums, and clinical or pharmacy services are governed by the applicable third party's own refund terms.
Chargebacks and disputes
We encourage contacting us before initiating a dispute so the issue can be resolved directly. Payment disputes are ultimately governed by card-network and processor rules.
