Why Transparency Matters in Healthcare Commerce
Material relationships, pricing, subscription terms, and geographic limits belong in front of the consumer, not in a footer nobody reads.
Draft — attorney review required
This article discusses regulatory topics and must be reviewed by company counsel or compliance personnel before production publication.
Consumers should not have to guess
Who is the operator? Which provider organization is involved? Which pharmacy dispensed? What does the subscription cost after the first month, and how is it cancelled? Where is the service actually available?
Every one of those questions has a correct answer that the business already knows. Withholding them is a choice.
Transparency is also commercially useful
Clear pricing and cancellation terms reduce chargebacks. Clear geographic disclosures reduce refunds and complaints. Clear identification of the parties involved reduces support volume and builds trust that survives the first billing cycle.
